hi All,
I am having a problem with my TOAD,it does not show anything related to the user,it being tables,packages for that user or anything, is this a setting problem or what.my Toad is v8.6.1

no its not a newly created user it has been there before and toad used to show its tables,because i can even see the users tables from sql command line.But suprisingly i can see the users of system,scott and the likes from toad

No i did not set such,i went to Browse,View and then Browse Filters it does not look like anything has been set up there.

i found my problem there was an entry in the tnsnames pointing to the database with the same name but it does not have data so in toad by default it was showing that dabase with no data in it.
