Hello,
i have a requirement to load around 100 thousand record's from an excel file to the oracle database.apart from using Toad->import from file option is there a better and efficient way to do this.

Save Excel file as a CSV (comma separated values) file and load it into Oracle table using
a) SQL*Loader,
b) external tables feature.
