I WANT TO FROMAT THE SQL FILES WHICH I CAN KEEP INTO FOLDER AND I WANT TO FORMAT THE FOLDER IT SELF...I WANT TO KNOW IS THERE ANY TOOL FOR THIS ONE

i am using TOAD tool for formatting the .sql files Every time its taking one file but i want to format no of files at a time

You are looking for some a "bulk formatting tool" of some kind? How about this one? It can run in batch mode. I haven't tried it myself though...
