Database: Oracle database 11.2.0.1.0
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

EXPDP shows following error::

ORA-39127: unexpected error from call to local_str := SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION.GET_DOMAIN_INDEX_METADATA
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION", line 270
ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_METADATA", line 6300

Please help resolve the error

You either did something wrong or hit a bug; but since we don't know what you did we can't begin to guess what exactly might be wrong.

Thanks for your quick reply.
This database restored last month from another database.

The source database also same version / same OS but no error found in that database, whereas in this database facing this error while EXPDP.

I found for the domain indexes in user_indexes -- domidx_opstatus=FAILED for all indexes, this might be the reason for the error while EXPDP.

Could you please let me know how to resolve this error? rebuild indexes will work?

As users using this system, so they may get affected by rebuilding the index at this time.

I'm afraid there is no other solution for the moment.
You can open a SR to Oracle to ask them but I bet there will say the same thing.

Note that if your index is not valid, no one is using it so you can drop it and reexecute your export.

I tried to rebuild the index, shows following error -

Error report -
SQL Error: ORA-29858: error occurred in the execution...
ORA-20100: MDL-0215: Unable to select string value, SQL=....
MDL-0062: Unable to initialize local environment
