Please let me know the best method (easy and efficient) to load tables from sql server database to oracle database.

It depends.

But you'd be remiss to not investigate Oracle SQL Developer's migration support. You can connect to SQL Server and bring over tables and their data ad hoc or create a migration project where you can migrate and entire database as well as get assistance for migrating your applications.
